With money raised so far we tackled some patches of rot in the topsides. It turned out more extensive than at first apparent, as often happens! Tom and Joe did an excellent job of re-planking. They also made 5 pohutukawa frames, floor timbers and keelson ready for fitting when we haul her out.
The priority now is fund-raising.
